Free shipping is available for selected countries when the order total exceeds the following:

Our orders are fulfilled on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, and customers will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be charged on the delivery of your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Hong Kong
For local orders in Hong Kong, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for full-priced Astra products. Please contact us at info@astrajourney.com for any requests.
To return or exchange an item, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete.
- Returns or exchanges can only be arranged once per order. Further requests will not be accepted.
- Customers will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs. If the order total after returned items falls below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit.
- Store credit for the website will be issued for the sold price of the item(s).
- Once the item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the returned items.
- Items purchased with discounts, markdowns, or other seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customers will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to our showroom at the following address: 10/F, Tungtex Building, 203 Wai Yip St, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong
International
We do not accept international returns or exchanges at the moment. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at info@astrajourney.com.
